How does the booking process work?
Once you submit an inquiry, we’ll schedule a consultation to learn more about your event and bar service needs. From there, we’ll create a customized proposal, answer any questions, and guide you through the booking process. Once your contract is signed and a deposit is received, we’ll begin planning every detail of your bar service.
What happens after we book?
After you’re officially booked, we’ll work with you to build your beverage menu, provide a customized alcohol shopping list, coordinate event logistics, and finalize all the details leading up to your celebration. Our goal is to make the planning process as seamless as the service itself.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions or allergies?
Absolutely. We can accommodate many dietary preferences and allergies, including non-alcoholic options, when discussed during the planning process. Let us know your guests’ needs, and we’ll work with you to create a menu everyone can enjoy.
Do you provide the alcohol?
Due to Wisconsin liquor laws, clients are responsible for purchasing all alcohol for their event. We’ll provide a customized shopping list based on your guest count and menu to make the process simple and stress-free. Depending on availability and event needs, we can also offer alcohol pickup and delivery services to help streamline the planning process.

Staffing depends on your guest count, beverage menu, and event timeline. We’ll recommend the appropriate number of bartenders to ensure efficient service and a great guest experience.

Yes! We offer thoughtfully crafted mocktails and non-alcoholic beverage options so every guest has something special to enjoy.

How far do you travel?
We’re based in Madison, Wisconsin, and happily travel throughout the state. Travel fees may apply depending on your venue location.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weddings and peak event season. While we’ll always do our best to accommodate last-minute inquiries, availability is limited.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We can provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) if required by your venue.
